Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Commercial Re-Roofing Salesperson to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with commercial clients, and driving sales of re-roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing sales, a deep understanding of roofing systems, and the ability to provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets. * Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value of our software solutions. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Minimum Requirements * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Roofing sales * Proven experience in technical sales or business development within a B2B environment. * Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective sales management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to conduct impactful product demos that highlight key features and benefits. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills. * Valid driver 's license and willingness to travel.
