Home Health Care Business Development or Sales Representative (Palm Beach County, FL) Atlantic AllCare is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Broward County. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through strategic planning and collaboration. You will help expand our network of referral sources and generating new business opportunities for our home health services. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Atlantic AllCare by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry Responsibilities * Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Palm Beach County, targeting key referral sources within the healthcare industry. * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies * Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources * Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture potential referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, physician groups, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers. * Conduct outreach to prospective referral sources, presenting Atlantic AllCare's home health services and building relationships. * Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities within a CRM system. * Collaborate management team to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns to support business development efforts. * Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed. * Generate new business opportunities and referrals * Conduct presentations to healthcare professionals and potential clients * Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts * Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices for home health care. * Represent Atlantic AllCare professionally at industry events and conferences. Qualifications * 2+ years of proven experience in sales or business development in the healthcare * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * A strong network of contacts within the Broward County healthcare community. * A strong understanding of the home health care market and the various referral sources * Previous experience in home health care or related healthcare sales within Palm Beach County. * Experience working in a home health agency or other healthcare setting. * Knowledge of healthcare insurance programs. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a focus on building rapport and trust. * A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
