As a Transaction Manager, you'll be essential to ensuring smooth and efficient real estate transactions while delivering the highest level of customer service. You will handle the full real estate cycle, from listing-to-close process for sellers and contract-to-close for buyers, working closely with our team of agents and operations team to ensure every customer has a consistent and exceptional Helgemo Team experience. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the entire transaction process from contract to closing. * Assist with price adjustments and showing feedback to customers. * Present and negotiate offers with buyers and sellers. * Ensure all contract paperwork is accurate, compliant, and timely. * Track and meet key contract deadlines, such as contingencies and inspections. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, agents, lenders, and title companies. * Coordinate inspections, repairs, and all other transaction details. * Provide weekly updates to agents and customers to ensure smooth communication. * Train new hires on contract-to-close procedures. * Monitor and maintain office and personal performance goals. * Be flexible and ready to support the team wherever needed at any point in the real estate cycle to ensure success. Daily Musts: * Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a focus on efficiency. * Always seek ways to make the team more productive and share ideas for improvement. * Deliver a white glove customer service experience , ensuring that every customer feels cared for with meticulous attention to detail. Required Qualifications: * Florida Sales Associate License required. * Prior experience as a real estate agent or transaction manager. * Strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of real estate contracts. * Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency with MS Office Suite and a variety of real estate platforms. * Growth-minded with a strong work ethic and team-player mentality. * Must be a strong cultural fit --we value positivity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.
