We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a current Texas Real Estate Sales License to support our busy real estate and vacation rental operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys handling tasks from start to finish, and is comfortable juggling both people-focused and behind-the-scenes responsibilities. Responsibilities: * Assist with vacation rental reservations and guest communications * Support on-site guests and perform pre- and post-stay property inspections * Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns * Greet and give property tours to potential buyers * Enter and update data in our CRM system * Follow up on leads and assist with additional administrative duties Requirements: * Active Texas Real Estate Sales License (required) * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) * Comfortable learning and using new software * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Detail-oriented and self-motivated * Must be available to work Sunday and Monday , minimum 5 hours each day * 2 weekends per month required during summer months * If working 40 hours/week, availability for 6 days is required Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly wage based on experience * Flexible schedule outside of required days * Supportive team environment with room to grow * Opportunities to gain experience across real estate and vacation rental industries Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Day shift Application Question(s): * Are you available to work every Sunday and Monday for a minimum of 5 hours each day? * Do you currently hold an active Texas Real Estate Sales License? * How would you rate your proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)? * Are you comfortable learning and using new software systems? * During the summer months, are you available to work at least two weekends per month? * This role requires frequent property visits and on-site tasks.
