As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of capturing market share in both existing and new properties, with all leads fully qualified (no cold calling!). Our custom CRM system will equip you with everything you need to succeed and exceed your targets. What You 'll Do: * Be the face of Storage Post - Engage with potential customers in a positive, energetic way that leaves a lasting impression. * Drive results with consultative selling - Use your problem-solving skills to guide prospects to solutions, ultimately closing the deal. * Master the art of objection handling - Overcome challenges with confidence and create urgency to seal the deal. * Maximize your sales potential - Follow up daily on qualified leads and work within our fast-paced sales cycle to achieve high success. * Stay ahead of the curve - Continuously analyze and adjust your approach to consistently hit sales targets and unlock bonus opportunities. What You Bring to the Table: * A Bachelor 's degree (or equivalent experience) * 2+ years of Sales Development experience - You know how to close deals! * A knack for problem-solving and creative thinking * Strong verbal communication skills - You're a pro at building relationships * Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite * A self-starter with a flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a structured environment * The ability to work weekends and flexible hours Ready to Join Us?
