What You 'll Do: As a Business Development and Client Success Agent , you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll prospect, qualify, and close sales while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention. * Sales & Business Growth * Present, promote, and sell digital marketing services to prospective customers. * Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to provide tailored solutions. * Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients. * Engage in outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential clients. * Client Retention & Satisfaction * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns. * Regularly check in with clients to ensure ongoing success with our services. * Negotiation & Closing * Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals. * Meet and exceed sales targets within designated timeframes. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive company success.
