This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Stock merchandise on shelves, ensuring products are organized and displayed attractively. * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to assist customers effectively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management. * Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns. Skills * Strong retail sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management. * Experience with cash registers and POS systems is preferred. * Ability to perform product demos effectively and engage customers in conversation. * Excellent collaboration skills to work harmoniously within a team environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing customer needs promptly.
