Job Summary As an Experienced Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish. With your industry knowledge, professional approach, and customer-focused attitude, you'll help clients find the perfect vehicle while maximizing dealership profitability and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Engage with customers in a professional and personable manner to determine their vehicle needs. * Present, demonstrate, and sell both new and pre-owned vehicles with confidence and transparency. * Maintain expert-level knowledge of current inventory, features, pricing, and industry trends. * Manage the entire sales process, including test drives, trade-in appraisals, negotiations, and finance options. * Foster strong customer relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. * Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and texts to nurture leads and close sales. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. * Stay up to date on dealership promotions, financing options, and manufacturer programs. Qualifications * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related high-performance sales environment. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism. * Deep knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and industry best practices. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
