Position Overview We're hiring a full-time Real Estate Assistant to support our busy team at our Madison office. The ideal candidate either holds an active Alabama real estate license or is currently enrolled in real estate school and actively progressing. You'll play a key role in providing seamless service to our clients while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in a thriving, fast- paced office. Important: Candidates must live within a 20-minute commute of our Madison office to be considered. Key Responsibilities * Provide daily administrative and transactional support to team members * Manage files and documentation via Dotloop and ensure compliance standards are met * Input and maintain accurate listings in MLS and KW Command * Coordinate showings, inspections, closings, and client communications * Track leads and maintain CRM systems with timely follow-up * Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and co-op agents * Assist with special projects and marketing support as needed Qualifications * Active Alabama Real Estate License or actively enrolled in real estate courses with regular progress * Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented * Familiarity with KW Command, Dotloop, MLS, and CRM platforms (preferred) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and pivot quickly in a dynamic work environment * Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow in the real estate industry What We Offer * Opportunity to work on a top-performing Keller Williams team * On-the-job experience with proven real estate systems and industry tools * Mentorship and coaching from experienced agents and leadership * A collaborative and supportive team culture that values growth, professionalism, and integrity * Clear growth path into agent production, operations, or transaction coordination Work Environment This is a 100% in-office role based in Madison, AL.
