The Role As a Real Estate Closer, you will: * Call inbound leads and convert them into closed deals. * Build quick rapport, ask the right questions, and present strong offers. * Work your pipeline daily using our CRM and follow-up system. * Hit and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue goals. * Work in person at our Dublin, OH office Monday through Saturday. Preferred Qualifications * B2C, door-to-door, or high-volume phone sales experience. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented with a relentless drive. * Fast learner with high adaptability.
