Job Title: Home SolutionsSpecialist Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and determined acquisitions partnerto join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for handling property acquisitions, sales, and lease negotiations on behalf of our company, ensuring that all transactions align with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in real estate, with a strong understanding of the local market and excellent negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the acquisition, sale, and lease of properties for the company. * Conduct property searches, market analysis, and valuations to support decision-making processes. * Attending in person appointments with homeowners in the San Antonio Area. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers, sellers, and landlords. * Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations. * Maintain strong relationships with external real estate professionals, brokers, and agents. * Assist in developing and implementing real estate strategies to support company growth. * Manage property listings, marketing materials, and advertising for available properties. * Provide insight into market trends and advise on investment opportunities. * Act as a liaison between the company and real estate professionals to streamline processes. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a commission environment, with a track record of successful property sales and negotiations. * Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficient in real estate management software and other relevant technologies. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Opportunities for Growth: * If fully licensed, there are additional opportunities to earn commissions through the sale of Mentor Capital's property inventory. * Licensed agents may also be eligible to sell or lease properties from Mentor Capital's portfolio, providing additional income opportunities.
