Sales Representative - DirtBox Overland (Overland/Off-Road Gear) Location: Commerce City, CO (On-site, M-F 9am-5pm, with occasional travel) Employment Type: Full-time DirtBox Overland - born from building Mercedes Unimogs and now crafting top- tier canopy campers, flatbed systems, and off-road accessories - is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive our growth. If you're passionate about off-roading, overlanding, and outdoor adventure, and you excel at building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity. In this role, you'll connect with both individual enthusiasts and retail dealers, helping expand our customer base and dealer network across the country. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Target individuals, overland enthusiasts, retailers, and specialty dealers in the off-road and camping space. Help expand DirtBox's reach through relationship-building and outreach. Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer partners. Ensure they have the information and support needed to promote and sell our products effectively. Product Expertise & Sales: Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our canopy campers, flatbeds, and accessories. Help customers choose the right DirtBox solution. Industry Outreach: Proactively connect with government and industry partners such as fire departments, police departments, and other public service agencies to explore outfitting opportunities for their vehicle fleets. Dealer Network Growth: Identify and onboard new dealers and upfitters. Build long- term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Community Engagement: Represent DirtBox Overland at trade shows, overland expos, and industry events. Promote the brand, engage potential customers, and generate leads. Market Insight: Stay up to date with overland and off-road trends. Share feedback and opportunities with the internal team. Sales Targets: Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals. Help craft and adjust sales strategies as needed. Reporting & CRM: Log all sales activity in our CRM (Shopify), including customer data, communication history, and deal details. Customer Service: Provide thoughtful support throughout the sales process. Act as a trusted guide and product expert. Warehouse Support: Occasionally assist with warehouse-related tasks, such as coordinating shipments, checking inventory, or supporting team members during high-volume periods. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience (automotive, outdoor, or off-road industry preferred) Familiarity with overlanding, 4x4 vehicles, off-road modifications, and adventure gear Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and basic digital tools Willingness to occasionally travel to industry events and shows Bonus if you're involved in the off-road/overland community or related groups Compensation & Perks Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000 annually (base salary plus commission and performance incentives) Benefits: TBD Perks: Employee discount on all DirtBox Overland gear Access to exclusive industry partner discounts for outfitting your personal overland build (lighting, rooftop tents, accessories, and more) Company apparel, swag, and occasional team outings Opportunities to attend trade shows, expos, and off-road events across the country Our Culture At DirtBox Overland, we don't just build canopy campers--we build a lifestyle.
