Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Conduct inside sales activities including cold calling, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems. * Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development. * Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies. Skills * Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Experience in inside sales or direct sales roles is highly desirable. * Strong business development skills with a focus on territory management. * Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience. * Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships. * Familiarity with technology sales is an advantage, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
