Job Title: Audio Visual Sales Manager Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range

: $74,880 - $79,040 Mission : ON Site is the "in-house" division of ON Services, LLC, a leading national provider of live event production services, including audio, video, speaker services and content management, interactive technology, scenic design, and more. Responsibilities

:

• Overall management of on-site audio visual sales process in a hospitality environment
• Emphasis on lead generation, proposal creation/tracking, order confirmation, and follow-through to customer satisfaction
• Understand customer vetting process to assess proper pricing and discount policy for maximum capture rate
• Understand and implement company approval and compliance guidelines for client order confirmation, payment/credit terms, and follow-up collections.
• Promote exemplary customer service to both our facility customer/partner, and our mutual end-user clients
• Maintain a professional image, as well as a safe and healthy work environment
• Complete all required daily paperwork, as well as required ON Site training
• Provide sales leads to ON Services as needed Education/Experience/Certification:
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years' experience with in-house audio visual services
• Background in music, recording, audio visual, computers or related technology fields preferred
• Written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English required. Fluency in a second language is helpful
• Organization skills and attention to detail are essential
• Must have finger dexterity to operate office and audio visual equipment as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills must be demonstrated
• Requires physical mobility, including sitting, standing, walking, stooping, climbing, crawling, grasping, writing, repetitive motions, bending, listening, with applicable hearing and vision ability.
• Ability to work well under deadlines and high pressure, with excellent problem solving skills
