Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Grow Commercial Sales divisions organically
• Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts
• Manage leads that come into the office and internal marketing efforts
• Train new sales/estimators as needed
• Contribute to overall sales goals
• Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
• Hold self accountable for sales goals
• Oversee project management of sales/estimators
• Execute company vision
• Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Support and abide by the values of the company
• Other duties as assigned Experience/Skills:
• 1+ years in Commercial roof estimating preferred, 2+ years sales required
• Acceptable driving record and Auto insurance
• Construction and Commercial experience preferred Must be physically capable to carry a ladder and climb on roofs Commission is 4% of Gross Profit
