Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Grow Commercial Sales divisions organically * Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts * Manage leads that come into the office and internal marketing efforts * Train new sales/estimators as needed * Contribute to overall sales goals * Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals * Hold self accountable for sales goals * Oversee project management of sales/estimators * Execute company vision * Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures * Support and abide by the values of the company * Other duties as assigned Experience/Skills: * 1+ years in Commercial roof estimating preferred, 2+ years sales required * Acceptable driving record and Auto insurance * Construction and Commercial experience preferred Must be physically capable to carry a ladder and climb on roofs Commission is 4% of Gross Profit
