Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Internet Sales professional to join our team. This role is essential in driving online sales and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication and support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales, with the ability to manage the sales pipeline efficiently while providing exceptional support to our clientele. Responsibilities * Engage with customers through various online platforms to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. * Provide sales support by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding customers to the best agent for their needs. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities for future reference. * Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or outside sales environment. * Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and providing comprehensive sales support. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent speaking abilities to effectively communicate with the customer, help ascertain their exact needs and connect them to the appropriate sales associate. * Prior experience in sales management is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team setting. * A solid understanding of the local area and current real estate market.
