Full description of the position

Summary: The Parts Sales Associate supports customers, service technicians, and internal teams by accurately processing parts sales, managing inventory, and maintaining organized stock. This role includes customer service, inventory control, order fulfillment, and accurate documentation using ERP and sales platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers and vendors professionally to drive parts sales and enhance satisfaction. * Accurately process sales transactions, warranties, and returns using ERP systems. * Create and maintain sales orders, dispatch parts, and document interactions in Sales Force/Lightning Force. * Support service technicians with timely parts delivery. * Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming parts. * Track part defects, mis-shipments, and inventory discrepancies. * Participate in cycle counts, audits, and maintain inventory accuracy. * Manage back-orders and monitor stock levels. * Organize and maintain a clean, efficient retail and storage area. * Utilize shipping software (UPS/FedEx) for outbound orders. * Expedite resolution of shortages and communicate issues to the Materials Manager. * Complete required administrative tasks, reports, and data entry. * Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. * Adhere to company grooming and dress code policies. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required. * 1-2 years of inventory, warehouse, or B2B parts sales experience preferred. * Bilingual in English and Spanish required. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), ERP systems, and data entry. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and part selection. * Ability to work independently, multitask, and follow instructions. * Experience in sales platforms (e.g., Sales Force) and shipping software a plus. Physical Requirements: * Frequent use of computer and vision for reading screens and labels. * Ability to sit, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. * Comfortable working in office and manufacturing environments with moderate noise. Work Environment: * Office, parts storage, and occasional warehouse/manufacturing exposure. * Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. SCHEDULE: * Full-time (Non-exempt): Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. * 40 hours per week expected.
