Key Responsibilities: * Work off of direct mail leads where the prospecting is done for you. * Conduct in-person consultations with clients to assess their life insurance needs and offer tailored product recommendations. * Explain product features, benefits, and terms to clients in a clear, concise manner. * Help clients navigate the application process and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through ongoing communication and service. * Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to effectively serve clients. * Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience is a plus, though not required.
