Our inventory is growing and so are we! The Mark Mitsubishi sales team is searching for experienced Automotive Sales Consultants that are out-going, friendly and goal driven. If you are customer-focused, persuasive, and have a passion for cars, we want to talk to you! We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, present suitable vehicle options, and guide them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets. Mark Auto Group is a local family owned business. Pay: Up to 15,000 a month Qualifications * Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. * Proficiency in using sales software and tools for managing leads and inventory. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * A valid driver's license is required. *Must pass drug screening and background check Responsibilities: * Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options * Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology * Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features * Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail * Support on-line customers by setting appointments * Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads Benefits * Health Insurance * Vision Insurance * Dental Insurance * Paid Time Off * 401(k) * A Professional and Respectful Work Environment * Opportunity for advancement - lots of room to grow!
