Position

Overview

Lead a team supporting outside sales through customer service, order management, and product availability. Oversee warehouse operations including safety, inventory, logistics, and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop account coordinator team.
• Direct daily warehouse operations: safety, inventory, assembly, and transport.
• Partner with sales and supply chain to improve vendor relationships and reduce costs.
• Drive P&L performance, manage operational expenses, and support sales initiatives.
• Achieve key KPIs: safety, inventory turns, on-time delivery, and quality metrics.
• Maintain accurate use of systems for orders, vendors, and transportation.
• Support facility maintenance and uphold a strong, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of team leadership in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Experience with P&L management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Work Environment

Hybrid role split between office and warehouse settings.
