Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home * "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers * Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience * Follow-up with leads to increase sales * Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes * Lead follow up * Close sales * Follow the team plan * Lead generation * Sales mastery * Database and CRM nurturing Qualifications: * Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently * Top-notch time management skills and highly organized * Tech savvy * Great communication and social skills * A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred * A real estate license is required * Good communication * Commission opportunity * Sales experience About Company The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
