• Guide Customers : Help adventure seekers choose the perfect motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV, or side-by-side that matches their passion and needs.
• Deliver Exceptional Service : Ensure every customer has a positive experience, from the moment they walk through the door to after the sale.
• Become a Product Expert : Master our lineup of products, understanding features, benefits, and the unique thrill each one offers.
• Drive Sales : Engage in prospecting, lead generation, and follow-ups to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate & Grow: Work with your team to streamline processes, support one another, and foster a fun, motivating work environment.
• Handle Sales Transactions : Manage administrative duties like processing sales and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Seek Personal Growth : Take advantage of opportunities for development and career advancement within the company.
