Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to businesses across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Develop New Business: Identify and target potential commercial clients through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Provide consultative sales and develop customized insurance solutions to meet clients' needs. Policy & Coverage Expertise: Educate clients on coverage options, endorsements, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with Carriers: Work with insurance carriers to negotiate competitive coverage and pricing for clients. Meet & Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and surpass production targets. Ensure Compliance: Maintain knowledge of insurance regulations and industry trends.
