Full-Time Residential Real Estate Sales Associate Sell new construction at the #1 Community in the USA: Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. Miromar Realty is seeking a Full-Time Residential Real Estate Sales Associate for its onsite sales team. Sales associate is responsible for following up with prospects, via phone, email and other forms of communication to generate leads, work closely with buyers throughout the purchase process, and participate in Open houses. The ideal candidate has an engaging personality, is self-motivated, has excellent interpersonal communication skills, is driven and works with a high level of ethics and integrity. Miromar Realty provides all necessary communication tools and full marketing support of new single-family residences at Miromar Lakes. Pay is based on base salary plus commissions. Requirements * Valid Florida real estate sale's or broker's license * 3 years residential sales experience, preferably in a new construction environment.
