As a Guest Services/Sales Associate you will create an exceptional guest experience, achieving sales goals, and willingness to engage with guests on European Wax Center services, products and wax passes. Job Duties: * Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved * Provide a smooth check in and check out process * Schedule appointments and manage guest flow throughout the day * Assist with retail recommendations and product purchases * Prioritize guest service and satisfaction * Exceed individual, team and center goals * Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the center Job Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who are: * Positive, friendly, upbeat, detail oriented and motivated! * Enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. * A passion for the beauty industry and making others look and feel their best. * The ability to work flexible hours part-time. WEEKENDS a must , * The ability to positively receive and implement feedback. * Work independently with limited supervision, as well as with a team. * Must be accountable. * High school diploma. * Sales Experience is preferred.
