Overview

: We are seeking a driven Commercial Tenant Representative to join our team. This is a commission-only role, ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Represent tenants in commercial lease negotiations (retail, office, industrial).
• Secure new tenants for Legacy-managed properties.
• Leverage company-provided leads and generate personal leads to maximize deal flow.
• Source business through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Facilitate lease transactions from initial search through final execution.
• Conduct market analysis to deliver expert guidance to clients.
• Create marketing materials and promote available properties.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with Legacy brokers on co-brokered deals for additional commission opportunities.

Qualifications

:

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
• 1+ years of commercial leasing or tenant representation experience.
• Proven track record of successful lease closings.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Proficient with LoopNet, Crexi, CoStar, and Microsoft Office.
