Position Overview: We are seeking a driven Commercial Tenant Representative to join our team. This is a commission-only role, ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Represent tenants in commercial lease negotiations (retail, office, industrial). * Secure new tenants for Legacy-managed properties. * Leverage company-provided leads and generate personal leads to maximize deal flow. * Source business through networking, cold calling, and market research. * Facilitate lease transactions from initial search through final execution. * Conduct market analysis to deliver expert guidance to clients. * Create marketing materials and promote available properties. * Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with Legacy brokers on co-brokered deals for additional commission opportunities. Qualifications: * Active Florida Real Estate License (required). * 1+ years of commercial leasing or tenant representation experience. * Proven track record of successful lease closings. * Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. * Proficient with LoopNet, Crexi, CoStar, and Microsoft Office. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth.
