Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. * Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication. * Market properties using various channels including social media, online listings, and networking events. * Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. * Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. * Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, and leases accurately and efficiently. * Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions including scheduling appointments and maintaining organized records. * Provide property management services when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
