Requirements Requirements: * Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license is required. * Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is strongly preferred. * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for helping others. * Ability to effectively multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
