What You'll Be Doing (AKA your superpowers): * Answering phones and giving clients the warm, professional welcome they deserve * Coordinating showings and keeping track of feedback (yes, you'll be following up like a pro) * Transaction coordination from contract to close * Scheduling appointments and preparing files (your organizational skills will shine here) * General clerical tasks like emails, data entry, scanning, printing, and making us look good * Managing and nurturing the client database * Preparing and mailing out marketing materials * Providing all-around amazing customer service Who You Are (AKA the perfect fit): * Organized to the point where others envy your planner * A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do next * A goal-getter who loves to check things off the list * A multitasking machine who keeps their cool under pressure * A problem solver and quick thinker who can pivot when needed * A people person who's empathetic, decisive, and brings good vibes to the team * Quick to learn and able to pick up on social cues (aka you just "get it") * Tech savvy--you can handle new systems and software without throwing your laptop out the window * Coachable, open to feedback, and always striving to be better than yesterday * You take pride in your work and it shows Bonus Points if You Have: * Experience in real estate, customer service, or admin roles * A real estate license (not required but helpful) * Bi-Lingual (not required but helpful) * A love for systems, checklists, and getting stuff DONE * A sense of humor--you'll fit right in This position has serious growth potential.
