Dynamic, growing licensed South Florida nurse registry (non-medical in-home care/private duty home care) licensed in Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Martin, Broward and Miami-Dade County is seeking a talented, proven outside sales professional for a full time sales position. The ideal applicant will have home care business development experience in South East Florida and be self-motivated with proven B2B and consumer sales experience including documented success, and excel at establishing new contacts and building long term mutually beneficial relationships. Excellent customer service is essential. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, and manage his/her own schedule. The candidate who is chosen for this position will get training and support from day one in an exciting growth oriented environment to prove themselves in. Geriatric Healthcare experience is required for this position. Prior outside sales experience in the industry is required. The opportunity features a base salary plus a lucrative uncapped monthly bonus opportunity based upon results.
