Trusted Home Buyers is seeking a driven, persuasive, and personable Sales Representative to join our acquisition team. If you're the type who can talk to anyone, close like a boss, and know how to build rapport fast -- this could be your next big opportunity. You'll be working with motivated home sellers looking for quick, cash-based solutions. We'll give you the leads -- you just need to follow up, negotiate, and close. Think of it like flipping cars, but way more lucrative.

Responsibilities

- Speak with home sellers daily and assess their needs - Build trust quickly and explain our home-buying process - Gather property details and evaluate offer potential - Present all-cash offers and negotiate win-win deals - Update CRM with accurate seller info and follow-up notes - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly closing goals - Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions - Help homeowners feel confident choosing Trusted Home Buyers

Qualifications

- Sales experience required-- car sales, retail, cold calling, door-to-door, or telemarketing - High emotional intelligence and strong people skills - Confident on the phone and in person - Excellent communication & closing ability - Coachable and open to feedback - Strong work ethic and commission-driven mindset - Basic real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required - Bilingual?
