Trident Process is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing heat exchangers, fluid mixers, and specialty pumps for diverse process industries, supporting our commitment to delivering innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions for heat exchangers, mixers, and pumps. * Assist in designing and specifying equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. * Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and client presentations. * Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training on equipment usage. * Participate in customer site visits alongside Sales Engineers. * Utilize Trident's CRM system to track and follow up on open project quotes. Qualifications * Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. * Experience : Minimum of 2 years in engineering, ideally in process equipment or industrial manufacturing. * Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of heat exchanger and mixer design principles, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer; proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using CRM systems. * Soft Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
