We are currently seeking a Clinical Marketing Liaison to join our team and help us grow our presence within the local healthcare community--especially through strong hospital partnerships. Position
Overview
: The Clinical Marketing Liaison will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, particularly at Emory University Hospital. This role requires an individual with a clinical background, strong marketing acumen, and proven experience in hospital liaison or discharge planning environments.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the nursing home and referral sources, with a strong focus on Emory University Hospital.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and other referral contacts.
- Evaluate potential admissions for clinical appropriateness and coordinate the referral and admission process.
- Increase awareness of facility services through on-site visits, in-services, and educational presentations.
- Track and report referral activity, admissions, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions of care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local healthcare market trends and competitors.
Qualifications
:
- Clinical licensure (RN, LPN, or similar) strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or case management.
- Established connections with Emory University Hospital referral teams required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and the post-acute continuum of care.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally.
