Responsibilities: * Conduct Door-to-Door Sales: * Initiate and engage in conversations with potential customers at their residences. * Present and promote Habitat Pest & Lawn pest management and lawn care services effectively. * Customer Relationship Building: * Foster and maintain positive relationships with potential customers. * Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information about our services. * Achieve Sales Targets: * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, both personally and as a team. * Implement effective sales strategies to maximize team performance and customer acquisition. * Stay Informed: * Stay up-to-date on Habitat Pest & Lawn services, pricing, and industry trends. * Continuously enhance product knowledge to articulate key selling points to the team and customers. * Reporting and Documentation: * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including performance metrics and individual interactions. * Provide regular reports on team sales performance and progress to management. Qualifications: * Proven experience in door-to-door sales or a similar role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. * Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team setting. * Knowledge of pest control and lawn care services is a plus. * Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and objections. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Successful completion of a criminal background screen. Commission: Generous commission opportunities Team Commission Bonus Opportunities Commission plan to be reviewed annually.
