Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate laws. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Manage property listings, including creating compelling descriptions and marketing materials. * Organize open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers or tenants. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in compliance with administrative protocols. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. * Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with real estate laws.
