As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate laws.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Manage property listings, including creating compelling descriptions and marketing materials.
• Organize open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in compliance with administrative protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
