Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and managing relationships with clients. You will utilize your skills in cold calling, inside sales, and canvassing. The ideal candidate will have experience with selling impact windows or Metal roof. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. * Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Utilize Salesforce software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance market presence. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology sales. * Strong skills in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. * Proficiency in cold calling techniques with a track record of successful lead generation. * Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products and services.
