Position Title: Service Technician Job Description: As a Service Technician at our BRP Power Sports Dealership, you will play a key role in assisting with diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BRP vehicles under the guidance of senior technicians. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of BRP products while contributing to the overall success of our service department. You will work collaboratively with our team to uphold our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing BRP power sports vehicles. * Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks. * Learn to use diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. * Follow service bulletins and manufacturer guidelines to ensure proper procedures are followed. * Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide updates on work progress and assist with customer inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. * Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of BRP products. * Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Assist with vehicle inspections and pre-delivery inspections as needed. * Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians. Requirements: * Basic mechanical aptitude and a passion for power sports vehicles. * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to undergo training and development to advance within the dealership. * Valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
