We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team - from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. JOB SUMMARY The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall accuracy and timely production of client projects and programs. The Account Manager is the primary support contact for the client, IS, and the plant. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Participate in Production meetings by providing a status of all current and upcoming projects. Ensure understanding of all jobs in house prior to releasing. * Attend Client meetings as requested * Manage external production - if applicable * Add new projects to Schedule, and update project list on a daily basis * Maintain open and accurate communication between the plant, IS, and client; disseminate pertinent changes to all parties * Prepare job tickets, data processing instructions, insertion matrices, and job costs for billing * Coordinate scheduling and production, and track all phases of manufacturing and distribution of final product * Maintain complete and accurate documentation of jobs, changes and alterations, and customer communication * Effectively manage multiple projects by identifying priorities, solving problems, and organizing work efficiently to meet deadlines and cost parameters * Follow appropriate processes and procedures to expedite projects Order outside supplies including printing -- if applicable * Performs other duties as assigned.
