Job Summary

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• US market research; analyze regional market trends and discover new business opportunities
• Create and maintain database for US market
• Establish business relations with new clients
• Maintain close connections and relationships with assigned clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Regular follow ups with potential and existing clients to identify new business opportunities
• First point of contact for all customer queries and feedback to ensure all issues are handled in a prompt and effective manner
• Prepare commercial offers and agreements
• Edit and record of customers profiles in the Company database (Omega Platform)
• Collaborate with internal departments to assist with clients' enquiries and facilitate clients' needs
• Cooperate closely with Regional Sales Director on business development
• Create and maintain statistical reports, assist US based sales team members to approach more effectively
• Provide all possible and needed support to the US based team with primary approach, warm leads, data, etc. CHALLENGES
