Overview: NOW hiring for Front Desk Membership Sales Associates / customer service representative in Phoenix Paradise Valley, Arizona (located at N Tatum Blvd and E Shea Blvd). The Amazing Lash Studio brand is the industry leader for eyelash extension and eyebrow services with a mission to create lasting beauty and confidence through passion, dedication and excellence so our guests will look and feel AMAZING! * FRONT DESK: Membership Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits: * Competitive Compensation Plan with potential to make between $14 and $18+ per hour depending on sales performance * Hourly $14.70 PLUS Commission * Up to $27 per Membership Sale * Earn up to 20% commission on all retail product sales * Paid Time Off / Vacation and Sick Pay * Free eyelash services including volume & mega lash upgrades * Flexible Hours * Discounts on all retail products * Clear career path to grow as a professional to front desk lead and management positions * Ongoing training and support * Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Responsibilities * Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio Memberships and retail products * Assists Studio Manager with retaining current members by telemarketing; outbound calls and texts * Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs * Answers phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guests * Assist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveys * Participate in special events to promote the studio * Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas * Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards We would absolutely love to meet you and discuss the possibility of a long and rewarding career at our Paradise Valley Phoenix Location!
