Sales Consultant - Automotive Industry Job Description If you're a highly knowledgeable professional in the sales industry, now is the perfect time to join our team of automotive sales staff! Job Responsibilities * Understand and implement dealership sales process (provided through sales handbook) * Commit to every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery) * Present and demonstrate inventory * Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and sales certifications * Review, update and manage daily inventory reports * Create and execute strategies for increasing market share * Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership * Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards * Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software *Qualifications & Skills * Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS. Additional training will be provided to help develop your sales talents * Dependable, responsible and dedicated * Sensitive to client's needs, can develop warm client relationships * Comfortable with computers & software *Compensation & Benefits Compensation is based on experience and performance Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, vacation time, holiday and sick leave, and company paid training.
