Full description of the position

This role provides technical assistance to support the Employee Benefits department performing data entry and data management duties including client enrollments, terminations and changes. Work with Account Manager(s), Marketing Managers, or Team Leaders to assist in the enrollments, terminations and changes of policies on assigned accounts Perform data entry work not limited to applications, spreadsheets, mailing labels, form letters and other related documents Provide technical assistance to Producers, or Account Managers as required Maintain company procedures in documentation and maintenance of client information in EPIC database Generate rates by manual or software/website calculations Verify payments with carriers and document accordingly Assist Producers or Account Managers in preparation for client meetings Prepare policy books or policies for delivery or mailing Be familiar with and follow procedures outlined in the Non-Coverage Event Reporting policy Report any issues regarding coverage on policies to Branch/Office Managers Any other duties as assigned Education/Experience: High School diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.) 1-2 years benefits experience a plus Essential Skills: Advanced computer skills Proficient in Excel and Word Ability to grasp new concepts, process and ideas quickly Ability to organize and multi-task efficiently Excellent attention to detail skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize Excellent customer service skills, especially among internal customers Excellent written and oral communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
