This position requires a real estate license but we will help you navigate the process! As a Showing Specialist, you will assist in conducting home showing tours. We value organizational skills, dedication, and a customer-focused attitude. No previous Real Estate sales experience is necessary as we offer thorough training. We are actively seeking new agents to learn about the local real estate market and how to communicate with buyers. This role offers the opportunity to support homebuyers and sellers while interacting with the community. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly Responsibilities: * Conduct property showings and provide guidance to potential buyers * Efficiently organize and manage buyer tours * Engage with clients during property visits to collect feedback * Assist the lead Agent by suggesting homes that align with client preferences * Actively participate in business development efforts during slower periods * Obtain the necessary expertise to obtain a Real Estate license * Follow up on property viewings by offering detailed feedback and pertinent information Qualifications: * The candidate should be comfortable engaging with a wide range of personalities. * A professional attitude must be maintained at all times. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must. * Strong organizational abilities are required. * Flexibility to accommodate customers' needs is essential. * Willingness to obtain a Real Estate license is necessary.
