Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Water Treatment Specialist to manage and grow our client base in South Florida. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management of water treatment processes and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a background in sales, with an emphasis on territory management and business development. As a Water Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while promoting our water treatment solutions. Duties * Manage assigned territory to develop and maintain customer relationships. * Provide technical knowledge and solutions on water treatment products and services to meet client needs. * Conduct regular site visits to assess customer requirements and ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing. * Generate leads through various channels including inside sales, and outside sales. * Identify and engage potential new clients to expand market presence. * Deliver presentations and demonstrations of water treatment solutions to potential and existing clients. * Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in water treatment technology. Requirements * Proven experience in territory management and customer service within the water treatment industry. * Strong business development skills with a track record of successful lead generation. * Experience in inside sales and outside sales. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. * Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results. * Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within South Florida.
