Are you a driven salesperson currently selling construction, or other home services, with another company but aren't getting the support you need to consistently hit your target earnings? The Good * Work with one of Texas's most trusted companies with excellent brand recognition. * Work 20-30 hours each week to self-generate leads * Work another 5-10 hours for adjuster meetings, closings, ongoing coaching/training * Training, coaching, and tons of support * We are a highly tech-enabled and process-oriented company and will provide these tools for you and train you on them. * Full-time project managers so you don't have to manage your own projects * True earnings potential, when working consistently to make $100-250k+/year on average. Though, there is a path to $325k+ for strong professionals who are also good at developing referral partnerships. The Tough * This does require generating your own leads and sales from door knocking, referrals, social media, partnerships and other means. * This will require consistent training and coaching. * This does require a commitment to daily canvassing - typically, the last 4-5 hours prior to sundown; however, top performers can make in excess of $250k when using the full day to develop referral partnerships and even working Saturdays when more people are home. Why Does This Position Matter? * Every homeowner addresses issues, such as needed construction repairs or replacements, a little differently. Some are proactive and will reach out to a company for help. Many others are reactive in addressing these issues. * 10/10 Construction builds to the highest standards and provides the most comprehensive warranties in the city. * We can help homeowners with insurance claims or with financing, if they qualify, to make repairs or replacements affordable. Because this is a 1099 position, your earnings potential is only limited by your effort and abilities; however, the right candidate, when following our model, should be able to realistically make $100,000 to $250,000/yr.+ depending on your developed sales skill set and level of effort. Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including canvassing, referrals, social media and networking. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, including homeowners, business owners, and property managers. - Conduct on-site inspections to assess construction needs and provide accurate estimates to customers. - Close sales and negotiate contracts with customers. - Collaborate with our installation and repair teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of projects. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Requirements: - Proven sales experience in the commercial and residential home services industries required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
