PRIOR BDC/BDR Experience in an Auto Dealership HIGHLY PREFERRED About us We are a small auto brokerage with a great reputation, and our goal is to provide a small brokerage experience to help our customers buy a vehicle without the high-pressure tactics or time-consuming experience of a larger dealer. Customers can buy a car from us, under market value, in under an hour, in a friendly and cozy atmosphere. On top of this, we put a 6-month bumper-to- bumper warranty on all vehicles to set ourselves apart from other dealers in the area. We take pride in our good reviews and get lots of referral business by taking care of our customers before and after the sale!. Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Work-from-home days * Growth opportunities We are looking for someone with BDC/Internet Sales experience who is looking to hustle and make earn an income that is substantially higher than the average. We are looking for a motivated, high-energy individual who can get on the phone and speak intelligently in order to get customers in the door. The bulk of this job will involve making phone calls to customers who have submitted inquiries on vehicles, with the goal of setting an appointment so that they come into our store. We pay a generous commission and $150 minimum commission per vehicle sold, plus bonuses. This is a $3000-$5000/month job with the opportunity to advance in a sales role with higher commisions and bonuses with good performance. Sales staff can expect to make $5500-$10000/mo Experience Preferred: * Prior experience making calls at work * Customer Service * PAST BDC experience will be hired first Responsibilities: * Set Appointments, Confirm Appointments * Follow directions and take constructive criticism * Provide customers with information on vehicles and features. * Understand the customer's needs and preferences. * Negotiate sales prices and terms of sales. * Maintain a customer database and follow up with customers. * Keep up to date with product knowledge. * Assist customers in completing paperwork for the purchase of a vehicle.
