What kind of resume should we look for? * Demonstrated experience in Internet of Things (IoT) and wireless communications, including connecting devices and systems to the cloud and managing data transmission. * Embedded Systems : Background in embedded systems, particularly in CAT digital or customer applications, showcasing software and hardware integration skills. * Telematics : Experience in telematics, especially in requirements gathering and execution. * Requirement Gathering : Proven ability to gather and understand requirements from industry partners and translate them into actionable projects. Key skills required : * IoT and Wireless Communications : Experience in Internet of Things (IoT) and wireless communications is crucial. This includes understanding how to connect devices and systems to the cloud and manage data transmission. * Embedded Systems : A background in embedded systems is highly beneficial. This involves working with software and hardware integration, particularly in CAT digital or customer applications. * Customer Experience Mapping : Skills in customer experience mapping help in understanding customer needs and translating them into technical requirements. * Project Management : Proficiency in project management, including defining requirements, developing programs, and managing projects from inception to completion. * Telematics : Experience in telematics is preferred, especially for candidates with a background in telematics and requirements gathering. * Cloud and Digital Development : Experience with cloud and digital development, including understanding how to develop and manage digital solutions. * Electronics : Knowledge of electronics is essential, particularly for candidates with an electronics background.
