We work with homeowners across Palm Beach County including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, and West Palm Beach. * What You 'll Do * Meet with residential clients in Palm Beach & Broward to understand their landscaping needs * Design stunning outdoor solutions (turf, planting, hardscaping) using visuals (SketchUp, CAD, or hand sketches) * Present and pitch your ideas with confidence--close deals from $5K to $80K * Generate and manage your own leads in addition to company-provided ones * Own your schedule, work independently, and manage your deals end to end * Travel to client sites using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of sales experience (landscaping, home improvement, or related fields) * Comfortable using SketchUp, CAD, or hand-drawn sketches * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to hustle * Valid driver 's license and reliable personal vehicle (required) What 's In It for You * Base Salary: $45,000-$60,000 * Commission: Average total earnings $90,000-$130,000+ * Schedule: Monday-Friday (weekends as needed), flexible hours * Perks: Mileage reimbursement, paid time off, creative freedom, and growth opportunities This is more than just a sales or design job--it's a chance to create beautiful spaces and grow with a company on the rise.
