Job Summary: As a Scheduling/Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing scheduling operations and supporting sales activities within the organization. This role involves coordinating installations, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and assisting the sales team with scheduling appointments and follow-ups. Qualifications: * Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations management. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in scheduling software and tools. * Previous experience in sales coordination or support is preferred. Responsibilities: * Coordinate with different departments to create and maintain a master schedule. * Monitor schedule adherence and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands. * Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and supporting sales activities. * Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Generate reports and analyze scheduling data to identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with management to ensure scheduling policies align with organizational goals.
