Bridal Retail Sales Consultant - Exciting-High-Energy Sales Role with Growth Potential Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + monthly sales performance bonuses Are you a sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At Molle Bridals, we help brides find their dream gown--but it takes more than just a love for weddings to succeed here. This is a high-performance sales role where you'll be expected to build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales in an emotional buying process. What You 'll Do: * Deliver an exceptional bridal shopping experience while driving sales * Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals * Work with brides through a multi-appointment process to ensure a confident purchase decision * Handle objections and guide hesitant buyers toward their dream dress * Stay upbeat, professional, and resilient--even when dealing with indecisive customers * Follow-up with customers regularly * Assist store manager and owner with marketing, outbound calls and events * Maintain a clean environment daily for customers and team * Process sales orders * Answer phones with excellent phone etiquette and upbeat tone * Set appointments for bridal and prom * Assist with all store events * Inventory control * Serve as a brand ambassador * Providing great customer service and resolving customer service issues * Assist receiving manager and store manager with shipping and receiving of merchandise Who You Are: * A strong closer - You know how to connect with people and drive results * Kind-friendly- You genuinely care about yourself and others * Sales-focused - You thrive on goals, monthly performance bonuses, and exceeding expectations * I Can Do It- You stay positive under pressure, you can confidently handle tough customers and constructive criticism from your managers, find solutions and not excuses and don't take rejection personally, take initiative, can adapt and learn to any situation and can push for the sale even when a bride is hesitate * Punctual-Reliable-Committed- You understand your commitment to this role and you are a professional. * Resilient & adaptable - You can handle objections and maintain energy through a long sales cycle * Experienced in sales - At least 2 years in retail, luxury, or consultative sales preferred * Flexible & hardworking - Rotating weekends and a minimum of 2 weekdays are required Why Join Us? * Competitive base hourly pay + monthly sales performance bonuses which blend into an combined hourly rate of $25-$35+ per hour when sales goals are met * Growth opportunities for top performers * Be part of a team that values passion, results, and resilience Important : This is not just a retail job--it's a consultative sales role.
